Device Term definition

Device Term means the period of time during which the Device will be used by Customer and supported by HP as specified in the Services and Pricing Statement. The Device Term for an HP-Provided Device begins on the date specified in Part A of this SOW. The Device Term for Customer-provided Devices begins the date HP assumes management of the Device solely for the purpose of providing the Services described herein.
Device Term is the period of time, which may extend beyond the Agreement Term, during which the Customer agrees to keep a Customer Device active on the TELUS networks and to pay a deactivation charge if the Customer Device is deactivated from the TELUS networks, and is further described in Section D,
Device Term means the time, starting from the Device Start Date through and including the end date of MPS set forth in Appendix A.

Examples of Device Term in a sentence

  • The termination of a Device Term or a Software Product Term will not act to terminate this SOW unless otherwise expressly stated herein.

  • Customer’s options at the end of a Term (SOW Term, Device Term, Software Product Term as applicable) are to: (i) provide HP with sixty (60) days advance notice to renew and extend the Term (subject to mutual written agreement by HP); or (ii) in, absence of above notice, allow the Term to expire.

  • The Device Term for an HP-Provided Device begins on the date specified in Part A of this SOW.

  • The Device Term for Customer-provided Devices begins the date HP assumes management of the Device solely for the purpose of providing the Services described herein.

  • The Customer shall, during the Device Term, subscribe to a Voice and Data Plan for each Customer Device that is a smartphone.

  • The deactivation charge payable for each Customer Device deactivated before the end of the associated Device Term is equal to the sum of: (i) the outstanding Device Balance; (ii) the charge payable by the Customer for return of any Airtime Credit as described in Section D plus (iii) a charge of $100.

  • Any Customer Device where the applicable Device Term has expired or the Customer has paid all applicable charges in accordance with Section C.

  • The Device Term for an Existing Customer Device, whether the Customer Device was a new device or a replacement or upgraded device, is the remainder of the initial Device Term assigned to the Customer Device on the date of activation.

  • The Device Term for a New Customer Device, other than a No Term Device described in subsection 1.1.3 of this Section D, is equal to 36 months, starts on the date of activation, and extends beyond the Agreement Term.

  • The Device Term for each Customer Device replaced at the Hardware Float Price will be 36 months starting on the date of replacement.


More Definitions of Device Term

Device Term means the time, starting from the Device Start Date through and including the end date of MPS set forth in Appendix A. [Instruction: Add the following if Devices are Coterminous]: For Devices that are part of a Cluster, the Device Term for each Device in the Cluster ends on the end date of the Cluster Term.
Device Term means the period of time during which the Device will be supported by MPS as specified in the Services and Pricing Statement. A Device Term begins either upon: i) for HP-provided Devices installed by HP, its installation date, ii) for HP- provided Devices installed by Customer or a 3rd party, its delivery date; or iii) for Customer-provided Devices, the date HP assumes management of the Device solely for the purpose of providing MPS under this Agreement.
Device Term means, in respect of each Device acquired or leased under this agreement, the Initial Device Term and any Further Device Term(s). Documentation means any manuals, guides, reference materials or other similar documents in any form made available by DIT to the Customer in connection with the Telematics Solution or the provision of the Services. Force Majeure Event means the occurrence of an event or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party affected by it, including war (declared or undeclared) civil commotion, military action, or an act of sabotage, strike, lockout or industrial action, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity or an ongoing internet or telecommunications outage or impairment. Further Device Term means the period of time specified in the Schedule. Improvement means all improvements, enhancements, modifications, adaptations and extensions, whether being capable of patent or other Intellectual Property protection or otherwise and whether made or conceived by DIT or the Customer. Initial Device Term means the period of time specified in the Schedule. Installation Fee means the amount, if any, set out in the Schedule and any reasonable costs incurred by DIT arising from a failure of the Customer to comply with any of its obligations under clause 5.6(b).
Device Term means the time, starting from the Device Start Date through and including the number of calendar months thereafter that is specified for the Device set forth in Appendix A, Except that for Devices that are part of a Cluster, the Device Term for each Device in the Cluster ends on the end date of the Cluster Term.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Primary Term is defined in paragraph 4(a) of this Lease.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Severance Term means the twenty-four (24) month period following Executive’s termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason.

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Policy Term means the term of this Policy as specified in the Schedule;

  • Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. The program can be downloaded on the Website free of charge.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Service Terms means the service terms applicable to each Service, which are made part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service, and any subsequent modifications we make to those terms.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;
