Digital Programming Term definition

Digital Programming Term has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.01(b).

  • Upon expiration of the Digital Programming Term, the provisions of this Agreement relating to Digital Programming shall terminate, except such rights and obligations that may survive pursuant to Section 9.04 (including the survival of Section 9.03 if the Digital Programming Term continues until the expiration of this Agreement).

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
