Dilution Reserve Floor Percentage definition

Dilution Reserve Floor Percentage means the product of: ADR = Adjusted Dilution Ratio; DHR = Dilution Horizon Ratio.
Dilution Reserve Floor Percentage means, on any day, a percentage equal to the product of (a) the Expected Dilution, times (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio.
