Dilution Spike Ratio definition

Dilution Spike Ratio means, as of the last day of any calendar month, the highest monthly Dilution-to-Sales Ratio calculated as of the last day of each of the twelve calendar months then most recently ended.
Dilution Spike Ratio means, as of any Settlement Date with respect to any type of Dilution Factor, the highest Dilution Ratio with respect to such type of Dilution Factor for any full Accounting Period during the period of twelve (12) consecutive full Accounting Periods immediately preceding such Settlement Date.
