Direct Beneficial Interest definition

Direct Beneficial Interest means a Person has a direct interest as an owner of something or receives a direct benefit from an investment in a Reportable Security. A direct benefit may derive from an indirect interest in, among other things, something owned by a Person’s spouse, domestic partner, or Family Trust.
