Direct Sales Assets definition

Direct Sales Assets shall have the meaning set forth in the Merger Agreement.
Direct Sales Assets means the A&S Assets (as defined in the Distribution Agreement) held by the Direct Sales Asset Sellers or the Direct Sales Entities (and their Subsidiaries).
