Direct Sales Assets definition

Direct Sales Assets has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Merger Agreement.
Direct Sales Assets means the A&S Assets (as defined in the Distribution Agreement) held by the Direct Sales Asset Sellers or the Direct Sales Entities (and their Subsidiaries).

  • Receivables Assets means accounts receivable (including any bills of exchange) and related assets and property from time to time originated, acquired or otherwise owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
