For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement under clause 4.7 of this schedule 2 to prepare a report containing the information listed in paragraphs4.7.1 to 4.7.5, does not limit the powers of the Director of Gas or the Director of Gas Safety under clause 1.1 of this schedule 2, the Act or the regulations to require the Licensee to produce information.
