Health and Safety Plan definition

Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;

• If Honeywell provides the Subcontractor with an Environmental Health and Safety Plan (“Xxxxxxxxx’s EH&S Plan”) setting out how Honeywell intends to manage the health and safety of persons engaged on the Site, the Subcontractor will comply with the requirements of Xxxxxxxxx’s EH&S Plan to the extent that it relates to the Works.

More Definitions of Health and Safety Plan
