DIS Contract Administrator definition

DIS Contract Administrator means the TSD Contract Administrator, designated by DIS as responsible for the maintenance and administration of this Master Contract, notices, reports and any other pertinent documentation or information. The DIS Contract Administrator may also conduct periodic performance or financial audits related to this Master Contract.
