Disbursement Linked Indicator definition

Disbursement Linked Indicator or “DLI” means in respect of a given Category, the indicator related to said Category as set forth in the table in Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Disbursement Linked Indicator or “DLI” means each disbursement linked indicator set forth in Attachment 1 of Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement which the Borrower is required to satisfy in order to withdraw the amount of the Loan proceeds allocated to such disbursement linked indicator in the Allocation and Withdrawal Table;

More Definitions of Disbursement Linked Indicator

Disbursement Linked Indicator means the indicator set out in the table in Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
Disbursement Linked Indicator or "DLI" means in respect of a given Category, the indicator related to said Category that will be used to trigger the disbursement of funds, and as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and as further specified in the Project Implementation Manual (PIM).

Disbursement Linked Indicator or its acronym “DLI” means any one of the indicators set forth in the table in Schedule 4 to this Agreement; and “DLIs” means, collectively, all such DLIs.
