Discharge Port definition

Discharge Port means the final outlet for effluent in a discharge pipe. This terminology is usually associated with outfall structures with multiple outlets designed to mix effluent rapidly with the receiving water.
Discharge Port means the port or terminal at which the Product to be delivered hereunder is or will be discharged or, where the context requires, the operator, authority or governing body of such port or terminal;
Discharge Port means, in respect of each delivery pursuant to a Confirmation Notice, the port where the LNG purchased and sold is to be discharged, as specified in the Confirmation Notice.
