Examples of Disciplinary subcommittee in a sentence
Any member requested to attend a Disciplinary sub-committee shall be entitled to be accompanied by a friend or other representative and to call witnesses.
The Disciplinary sub-committee will consider all issues which have been raised in relation to the conduct of players and/or clubs, including breaches of the Cricket Scotland Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials.
The Committee shall appoint a Disciplinary sub-committee, who will meet to hear complaints within seven days of a complaint being lodged.
The Board may make policies and procedures relating to the management of and discipline of Members, and all disciplinary actions will be referred to the Disciplinary sub-committee of the Board.
In the event that a member of the Disciplinary sub-committee or Appeals sub-committee has or may have a conflict of interest in relation to a charge to be heard by that sub-committee, that member shall for the purpose of proceedings relating to that charge be replaced by a substitute sub-committee member.
