Discontinued Business definition

Discontinued Business means the following businesses that the Company has divested or discontinued or is in the process of divesting or discontinuing: the Commerce or Shopping Division, Wireless Division, Digital Goods, Network Products Division or Content Network Solutions Group and/or Enterprise Search (or Ultraseek) Software Division.
Discontinued Business means any interests that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries held, directly or indirectly, in any private equity funds.
Discontinued Business means a business previously operated or owned by a Tribune Entity that was divested, sold, abandoned, shut down or otherwise disposed of prior to the Distribution Date.
