Digital Goods definition

Digital Goods means goods that are delivered and used in an electronic format.
Digital Goods means any combination of digital sounds, images, data, facts or information, including digital audiovisual works, digital audio works and digital books that are transferred electronically or accessed remotely. Digital goods do not include:
Digital Goods means things, data or value that are delivered in an electronic format and which you list for sale or intend to list and sell to Buyers on and through the Platform; for the avoidance of doubt, the reference to Digital Goods also include bill payment and mobile phone fee top-up or other top-up payment services.

  • By applying for Micropayments for Digital Goods, you agree that for Digital Goods transactions you receive up to the amounts in the table then if a buyer opens a Dispute, PayPal may reverse the transaction, and remove the funds from your Account without requiring the buyer to escalate the Dispute to a Claim If you are using PayPal Payouts (formerly Mass Pay), the terms of the PayPal Payouts Agreement will apply.

  • By applying for Micropayments for Digital Goods, you agree that for Digital Goods transactions you receive up to R$7.99 or the equivalent in other currencies as stated in the table below, then if a Paying User opens a Dispute, PayPal may reverse the transaction, and remove the funds from your Account without requiring the Paying User to escalate the Dispute to a Claim.
