Discount Option Receivable Collections means on any Date of Processing occurring in any Monthly Period succeeding the Monthly Period in which the Discount Option Date occurs, the product of (a) a fraction the numerator of which is the Discount Option Receivables and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Receivables and the Discount Option Receivables in each case (for both the numerator and the denominator) at the end of the preceding Monthly Period and (b) Collections of Principal Receivables on such Date of Processing (without giving effect to the proviso in the definition of Principal Receivables).
