Investor Finance Charge Collections definition

Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (ii) Allocable Finance Charge Collections deposited in the Collection Account for the related Due Period, minus (b) the aggregate amount of Servicer Interchange for the related Due Period.

Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the Investor Percentage for such Monthly Period of (a) Collections of Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables (including Recoveries treated as Collections of Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables) deposited in the Collection Account for such Monthly Period and (b) Interchange treated as Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period pursuant to subsection 3.01(b).

Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections retained or deposited in the Finance Charge Account for Series 2004-2 pursuant to Section 4.3(b)(i) for such Monthly Period.

• Application of Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections 1.

• An amount equal to any Principal Funding Investment Shortfall shall be deposited in the Finance Charge Account on each Transfer Date from the Accumulation Period Reserve Account to the extent funds are available pursuant to subsection 4.14(d) and included as Available Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Transfer Date.
