Discover Network definition

Discover Network means the payment network operated and maintained by Discover.
Discover Network means the Payment Card network owned or Controlled by Discover on which Discover Network-branded Payment Cards are processed.
Discover Network means the network that supports and services Merchants who accept Cards.

  • The Sales Drafts you retain must comply with all requirements (see Section 3.1).For Discover Network: You must securely retain legible copies of all Sales Drafts and Credit Drafts or any other transaction records for the longer of (i) 365 days or (ii) the resolution of any pending or threatened disputes, claims, disagreements or litigation involving the Card transaction.

  • You must not contact any Discover Network Cardholder with respect to any matter arising under the Discover Rules, except as required or permitted in the Discover Rules.

  • A positive authorization response for Discover Network transactions remains valid for ninety (90) days.

  • This Agreement is subject to the bylaws and rules promulgated by VISA, MasterCard, Discover Network, or any other card plan.
