Indenture Supplement means the Amended and Restated CHASEseries Indenture Supplement, dated as of October 15, 2004, among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.
Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.
B Note means, with respect to any A/B Mortgage Loan, the related subordinated Mortgage Note not included in the Trust, which is subordinated in right of payment to the related A Note to the extent set forth in the related Intercreditor Agreement.
Class B Note means any of the 0.00% Asset Backed Notes, Class B, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-3.
MBNAseries Servicer Interchange means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Servicer Interchange (as such term is defined in the Series 2001-D Supplement) with respect to such Monthly Period and (b) a fraction the numerator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for the MBNAseries for such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for all series of Notes for such Monthly Period.
Class A Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A Note is registered in the Note Register.
Asset Pool One Supplement The Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement, dated as of December 19, 2007, between Chase Issuance Trust, as Issuing Entity, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee and Collateral Agent, and acknowledged and accepted by the Bank, as Transferor, Servicer and Administrator.
Class B Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class B Note is registered in the Note Register.
Class E Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class E Note is registered on the Note Register.
Senior Noteholder means the Holder of any Senior Note.
Class D Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class D Note is registered on the Note Register.
Class C Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
Class C Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class C Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Class C Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class C Note is registered in the Note Register.
Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
RMB Note means a Note denominated in Renminbi.
Class A Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A Note Principal Shortfall means, as of the close of any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount on that distribution date, over • the amount of principal actually distributed or allocated to the class A noteholders or deposited into the accumulation account on that distribution date.
Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class C Note Initial Principal Balance means $18,948,000.
Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
Class D Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class D” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
