Discretionary Further Advance definition

Discretionary Further Advance has the same meaning as in the Administration Agreement.
Discretionary Further Advance means a further advance (other than a Mandatory Further Advance) made to a Borrower in respect of a Mortgage in the manner provided in Clause 8.2;
Discretionary Further Advance has the meaning given to it in the Administration Agreement;

Examples of Discretionary Further Advance in a sentence

  • Each Administrator will, on behalf of the Issuer set, where relevant, the rates of interest applicable to the Mortgages, other than Fixed Rate Mortgages during the applicable initial fixed rate period (each such initial fixed rate period and including in the case of any Discretionary Further Advance, the "Reversionary Period") in accordance with the Administration Agreement.

  • Advance shall be made pursuant to Clause 8.2.1 or Clause 8.2.3 if the effect thereof would be to extend the final maturity date of the relevant Mortgage beyond 30 April 2043 and, subject to the provisions of Clause 8.2.1 and Clause 8.5, any Discretionary Further Advance may be made if it will not cause this limit to be exceeded.

  • None of the Administrators, the Sellers, the Issuer or the Trustee has undertaken or will undertake any investigation or search of any kind prior to the making of a Mandatory Further Advance to a borrower or, in some circumstances, the making of a Discretionary Further Advance.

  • Advance shall be made pursuant to Clause 8.2.1 or Clause 8.2.3 if the effect thereof would be to extend the final maturity date of the relevant Mortgage beyond 30 April 2048 and, subject to the provisions of Clause 8.2.1 and Clause 8.5, any Discretionary Further Advance may be made if it will not cause this limit to be exceeded.

Related to Discretionary Further Advance

  • Eligible advance means an advance made before August 19, 1993.

  • Administrative Advance shall have the meaning given thereto in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Participation Advance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(d).

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Nonrecoverable Advance Any portion of an Advance previously made or proposed to be made by the Master Servicer that, in the good faith judgment of the Master Servicer, will not be ultimately recoverable by the Master Servicer from the related Mortgagor, related Liquidation Proceeds or otherwise.
