Discretionary Trusts definition

Discretionary Trusts means, in relation to any sum directed to be held on such trusts in respect of a deceased individual, the trusts, powers and provisions set out below:
Discretionary Trusts means the trusts upon which certain sums arising on the death of an individual must be held by the Trustee, the terms of such trusts being as follows:-
Discretionary Trusts means the trusts set out in rule 10.5.
