Dispatched Energy definition

Dispatched Energy means the amount of Energy actually generated for delivery by the Seller from the Facility pursuant to a Dispatch by the Department, as measured at the Electricity Metering Point.
Dispatched Energy has the meaning set forth in Appendix XIV. [For Dispatchable Product only]

Examples of Dispatched Energy in a sentence

  • In no event shall Buyer be obligated to receive or pay for, in any hour, any Delivered Energy that either exceeds the amount of Dispatched Energy for the applicable hour or that was not requested by Buyer, pursuant to the dispatch protocol.

  • Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)

  • energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

  • Dispatcher means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-6-102.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;
