In the case of a change of assignment resulting from a Displaced Teacher Event, the status of the affected teacher shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph C of this Article below.
Examples of reasons District initiated Displaced Teacher positions include, but are not limited to reductions in class or building size, changes in student enrollment, imbalances in staffing needs, and changes in curriculum.
