The CONSULTANT shall give the owner the brochure published by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, which is entitled “Relocation: Your Rights and Benefits as a Displaced Person Under the Federal Relocation Assistance Program” (the “Relocation Brochure”).
Compensation must be paid promptly and in full to the Displaced Person.
