Display price means the displayed price of a consumer
Display price means the price at which a Limit Order is displayed, which may be different from the limit price or working price of the order
Display price means the price at which an order or quote ranked Priority 2 - Display Orders or Market Order is displayed, which may be different from the limit price or working price of the order.

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

  • Index Price on a given date shall mean the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies composing the Index Group.

  • Average Wholesale Price or “AWP” means the benchmark price established by a nationally available reporting service as selected by SOUTHERN SCRIPTS based on the 11-digit National Drug Code (“NDC”) of the Covered Medication dispensed by PHARMACY.

  • Daily Price means, for any relevant day, the closing price on that day (or if there is no closing price the last bid price) as reported by the principal exchange or quotation system on which prices for the Common Stock are reported. On the redemption date the holders of record of redeemed Warrants shall be entitled to payment of the Redemption Price upon surrender of such redeemed Warrants to the Company at its principal office.

  • Wholesale price means the average price paid by a wholesaler to a manufacturer for a product distributed for retail sale. "Wholesale price" includes a deduction for any customary prompt payment discounts. [PL 2005, c. 401, Pt. A, §2 (NEW).]
