Disposition Amount definition

Disposition Amount has the meaning specified in Section 9.4.

Disposition Amount means the amount of cash and the fair market value of any other consideration received in a Designated Subsidiary Stock Disposition net of:
Disposition Amount. With respect to a Project Loan that is the subject of an Equity Disposition or a Refinancing, an amount equal to the sum of the principal of and accrued interest on such Project Loan plus any premium (in the case of a fixed rate Project Loan) received by the Issuer with respect to such Project Loan.
