Disputed Amount definition

Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).

Disputed Amount has the meaning given to it in clause 28.5.2 (Disputed Amounts);

Disputed Amount means with respect to a particular Disputed Claim, that amount which is equal to the difference, if any, between the Face Amount of such Claim and the amount, if any, of such Claim which the party objecting thereto concedes.

Examples of Disputed Amount in a sentence

• If Customer does not submit a documented claim within such time period then, notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, Customer waives all rights to dispute or otherwise make any claim of any kind with respect to such Disputed Amount.

• If Customer wishes to dispute any charges billed to Customer by Xxxxxxx (a “Disputed Amount”), Customer must (i) pay the undisputed portion of the applicable invoice and (ii) submit a good faith claim regarding the Disputed Amount with such documentation as may reasonably be required to support the claim, within ninety (90) days of Customer’s receipt of the initial invoice sent by Ceeblue regarding the Disputed Amount.

• If Client fails to pay to FIS, within thirty (30) days after FIS makes written demand for the past due amount, any past-due amount payable under this Agreement (including any applicable late payment fee) that is not a Disputed Amount, in addition to all other rights and remedies which FIS may have, FIS may, in its sole discretion and with further notice to Client stating the suspension date, suspend performance of any or all of its obligations under this Agreement (other than Section 5).

• For an amount to qualify as a Disputed Amount, the billed Party must provide written notice to the billing Party of the nature and amount of the disputed charge(s) using the process and time period established pursuant to Section 9, of Article III, of this Agreement.

• If Quantum IT Group agrees to adjust all or a portion of the Disputed Amount, Customer will not be obligated to pay a late payment charge on the adjusted amount.

More Definitions of Disputed Amount

Disputed Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
