Dissenter definition

Dissenter means a shareholder who, being entitled to do so, sends written notice of dissent when and as required by section 242;
Dissenter means a shareholder who is entitled to dissent from corporate action under Code Section 14-2-1302 and who exercises that right when and in the manner required by Code Sections 14-2-1320 through 14-2-1327.
Dissenter means a shareholder who is entitled to dissent from corporate action under section 7-113-102 and who exercises that right at the time and in the manner required by part 2 of this article.
