Dissent Shares definition
Dissent Shares means Company Shares held by a Dissenting Shareholder and in respect of which the Dissenting Shareholder has validly exercised Dissent Rights;
Dissent Shares means the Company Shares held by a Dissenting Shareholder in respect of which the Dissenting Shareholder has validly exercised Dissent Rights;
Dissent Shares means TransGlobe Shares held by a Dissenting Shareholder and in respect of which the Dissenting Shareholder has validly exercised Dissent Rights;

A Dissenting Shareholder shall, at the time of completion of the steps set forth in subsection 2.2(a), cease to have any rights as a Shareholder and shall only be entitled to be paid the fair value of the holder’s Dissent Shares (less, for greater certainty, any applicable withholding or other Taxes), and will not be entitled to any other payment or consideration.

Dissent Shares. ’ means the Canfor Shares held by a Dissenting Shareholder in respect of which the Dissenting Shareholder has duly and validly exercised the Dissent Rights;
