Dissenting Unitholders definition

Dissenting Unitholders means registered Unitholders who validly exercise the Dissent Rights;

Dissenting Unitholders means registered holders of Trust Units who validly exercise the rights of dissent with respect to the Arrangement provided to them under the Interim Order and whose dissent rights remain valid immediately before the Effective Time;

Dissenting Unitholders means registered Unitholders who validly exercise the rights of dissent with respect to the Arrangement provided to them under the Plan of Arrangement and the Interim Order and whose dissent rights remain valid immediately before the Effective Time;

• The Trustee, or the person directed by the Trustee, shall hold in trust for the Dissenting Unitholders the cash or other consideration it receives under Subsection (e).
