Distribution and Retail Supply Business definition

Distribution and Retail Supply Business means any Authorised business of the Licensee (i) in or ancillary to Distribution, whether for its own account or that of third parties, through any system owned and/or operated by the Licensee, and (ii) in Retail Supply;
Distribution and Retail Supply Business means any authorised business of the Licensee (i) in or ancillary to Distribution through any system owned and/or operated by the Licensee and (ii) in Retail Supply;
