Distribution Key definition

Distribution Key means the serial key assigned for the distribution of Your developed software.
Distribution Key is the method for division of the Pool Net Revenue as described in Clause 15.1 and Schedule D and as determined from time to time under Clauses 15.2 and 15.3.
