Upon receipt of such notice, the PEI shall within seven (7) working days, refund For Reference Only to the Contracting Party such amount (if any) as determined in accordance with Schedule D.
The Funder may also add local obligations to Schedule D as appropriate to further advance any priorities set put in a Mandate Letter.
