District Land definition

District Land means the approximately 190.418-acres of land within the Original Tract as described and depicted on Exhibit C, the approximately 83.098-acres of land within the Annexation Tract as described and depicted on Exhibit C, and the approximately 39.834-acre and 7.760-acre tracts of land within the Second Annexation Tract as described and depicted on Exhibit C, and any additional land after the annexation of such additional land into the District, and as may be modified from time to time.

More Definitions of District Land

District Land means the land described in Schedule "A";
District Land means approximately 310.649 acres of land as described in the District Act, and any additional land after the annexation of such additional land into the District, and as may be modified from time to time.
District Land means the real property within the District legally described in the attached Exhibit A.

Related to District Land

  • District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.

  • Districts – shall mean the Lake Ashton Community Development District (“LA CDD”) and Lake Ashton II Community Development District (“LAII CDD”), each a political subdivision of the State of Florida, created pursuant to Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Each individually may be referred to herein as a “District.”
