District Property definition

District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.
District Property means any real property owned or operated by the District, and all buildings and improvements thereon, and any personal property, systems and equipment located therein or thereon.
District Property means any building, park, gym, pool, office, common area, open space, vehicle, parking lot, or other area owned, leased, managed, used or controlled by the Park District.
