District library definition

District library means a library established pursuant to section 3 of the district library establishment act, Act No. 24 of the Public Acts of 1989, being section 397.173 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
District library means a district library established under the district library establishment act, 1989 PA 24, MCL 397.171 to 397.196.
District library means a library established pursuant to the district library establishment act or a library considered to be established pursuant to the district library establishment act under section 6 of that act.
