District Management Corporation definition

District Management Corporation means the board or organization created or the organization appointed to act as an advisory board for the purpose of making and carrying out recommendations for the use of special assessment revenues, and for the purpose of administering activities within and for the District and the provision of services and projects within and for the District.

District Management Corporation. “DMC,” or the “Corporation” means the "Millburn Short Hills Business Organization, Inc.," an entity incorporated pursuant to N.J.S.A. 15A:1-1, et seq., and designated by this Ordinance to receive funds collected by a special assessment within the Special Improvement District as authorized by N.J.S.A. 40:56-65, et seq., and this Ordinance.

District Management Corporation means an entity created by municipal ordinance or incorporated pursuant to Title 15A of the New Jersey Statutes and designated by municipal ordinance to receive funds collected by a special assessment within an improvement district, as authorized by P.L. 1998, c. 115 (N.J.S.A. 40:56-71.3), as amended.
