District Specific Ownership Taxes definition

District Specific Ownership Taxes means the specific ownership tax revenues received by the District in each year from the levy of the District Debt Service Mill Levy.

  • Sales and Use Taxes means local and State sales and compensating use taxes and fees imposed pursuant to Article 28 of the New York State Tax Law, as the same may be amended from time to time.
