Specific Ownership Tax Revenues definition

Specific Ownership Tax Revenues means the specific ownership taxes remitted to the CAB Districts pursuant to Section 42-3-107, C.R.S., or any successor statute, as a result of the CAB Districts’ imposition of their respective mill levies.
