District Standards definition

District Standards means the standards set out in the Subdivision & Development Bylaw,and Schedule “B” of this Bylaw, as applicable;
District Standards means the standards of weights and measures provided pursuant to section 6 of this Act:
District Standards means the District Standards, also known as “District Standard Specifications and Drawingsin effect at the time of inspection and/or permit.

  • district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;

  • Pretreatment standards means any standards of performance or other requirements imposed by

  • Water quality standards means provisions of state or federal law which consist of a designated use or uses for the waters of the Commonwealth and water quality criteria for such waters based upon such uses. Water quality standards are to protect the public health or welfare, enhance the quality of water and serve the purposes of the State Water Control Law (§ 62.1-44.2 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) and the federal Clean Water Act (33 USC § 1251 et seq.).
