Defendants must keep all records of any efforts made to divest the Divestiture Assets until one year after the Divestiture Date.
Submit the complete Divestiture Agreement to the Commission at ElectronicFilings@ftc.gov and bccompliance@ftc.gov no later than 30 days after the Divestiture Date.
