Dividend Per Share definition

Dividend Per Share means, as of any Business Day, with respect to any Fund Share Class, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is (i) the sum of all Dividends of the Fund made, paid or otherwise recognized on such Business Day in respect of such Fund Share Class, and the denominator of which is (ii) the total number of shares of such Fund Share Class that are outstanding as of the close of business on such Business Day.
Dividend Per Share the amount per Share declared by the Board as the Permitted Dividend;
Dividend Per Share means (i) the total annual dividend payout ($) per share divided by (ii) Average Adjusted Tangible Book Value Per Share.

Dividend Per Share means, in the event that any dividend is declared in accordance with this Agreement, an amount obtained by dividing the total dividend declared by the number of then issued and outstanding Shares (on an as-converted basis) of the Company.
Dividend Per Share means the cash gross dividend per Share whose record date falls within the period between the Closing Date and the Inspection Date. For the sake of clarity, the maximum possible number of Adjustment Shares is 892,935 Shares.

  • Dividend Period means the Initial Dividend Period, any 7-Day Dividend Period and any Special Dividend Period.

  • Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on each February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 and ending on the day before the following Dividend Payment Date.
