Diving Event definition

  • Further, repair times of individual items vary and the maximum allowed MTTR is decided in contracts.

  • Any Athlete(s) wishing to be considered for nomination to the Games Team in a Diving Event must attend a minimum of two FINA Grand Prix Events in the period specified.

  • In the event that further quota places are offered by the NZOC, Athletes who have met the Nomination Criteria set out in clause 4.1 but not nominated to the NZOC for a Diving Event at the initial Nomination Date, may be nominated on the Reallocation Date by the Selectors.

  • I hereby release and hold harmless the Try Diving Event and the Released Parties from any claim or lawsuit by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns, arising out of my participation in this program.I understand that skin diving and scuba diving are physically stren- uous activities and that I will be exerting myself during this program and that if I am injured as a result of heart attack, panic, hyperventila- tion, etc.

  • Any Athlete(s) wishing to be considered for nomination to the Games Team in a Diving Event must attend this event.

Diving Event means the following events in the Games in which an Athlete competes either alone or in a pair with another Athlete: Men’s individual 3m springboard; Men’s individual 10m platform Women’s individual 3m springboard; Women’s individual 10m platform; Men’s synchronized 3m springboard; Men’s synchronized 10m platform; Women’s synchronized 3m springboard; and/or Women’s synchronized 10m platform.

Related to Diving Event

  • Sporting event means any of the following athletic activities that is organized, operated, managed, or sponsored by the School:

  • Training Event means either a Course or Online Training, or both.

  • Delaying Event means any failure of a Party to perform any of its obligations set forth in this Agreement, caused in whole or in part by:

  • Disabling Event means the General Partner ceasing to be the general partner of the Partnership pursuant to Section 17-402 of the Act.

  • Liquidating Event has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Disqualifying Event has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eligible Currency”.

  • De-listing Event means the situation where (i) the shares in the Issuer are not listed and admitted to trading on a Regulated Market or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on the relevant Regulated Market is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days.

  • Vesting Event means the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Financing Event means the earlier of (i) a public offering by the Company of its Common Stock with aggregate gross proceeds of at least $5 million; or (ii) the listing of the Company’s Common Stock on a National Securities Exchange, as such term is defined under the Exchange Act.

  • Liquidating Events shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • Qualifying Event means, during the Participant’s Services with the Company and its Affiliates, the Participant’s death or Disability.

  • Delisting Event means any time during the term of this Investment Agreement, that the Company's Common Stock is not listed for and actively trading on the O.T.C. Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the Nasdaq National Market, the American Stock Exchange, or the New York Stock Exchange or is suspended or delisted with respect to the trading of the shares of Common Stock on such market or exchange.

  • Equity Listing Event means an initial public offering of shares in the Issuer, after which such shares shall be quoted, listed, traded or otherwise admitted to trading on a regulated market or unregulated market.

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Parent Intervening Event means any event, change, occurrence or development that is unknown and not reasonably foreseeable to the Parent Board as of the date of this Agreement, or if known or reasonably foreseeable to the Parent Board as of the date of this Agreement, the material consequences of which were not known or reasonably foreseeable to the Parent Board as of the date of this Agreement; provided, that the receipt, existence or terms of a Parent Alternative Proposal shall not be deemed to be a Parent Intervening Event hereunder.

  • designated sporting event generally means any association football match, whether national or international. The full legal definition of the different classes of designated sporting events may be found in the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2011, under Article 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 2.

  • Rating Event means the rating on the Notes is lowered by each of the Rating Agencies and the Notes are rated below an Investment Grade Rating by each of the Rating Agencies on any day within the 60-day period (which 60-day period will be extended so long as the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for a possible downgrade by any of the Rating Agencies) after the earlier of (a) the occurrence of a Change of Control and (b) public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control or the Company’s intention to effect a Change of Control; provided that a Rating Event will not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus will not be deemed a Rating Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Triggering Event) if each Rating Agency making the reduction in rating does not publicly announce or confirm or inform the Trustee in writing at the request of the Company that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control has occurred at the time of the Rating Event).

  • Sharing Event means (a) the occurrence of any Event of Default under Section 7.1(e), (b) the declaration of the termination of any Commitment, or the acceleration of the maturity of any Loans, in each case in accordance with Section 7.2 or (iii) the failure of any Borrower to pay any principal of, or interest on, any Loans or any LOC Obligations on the Maturity Date.

  • Accounting Event has the meaning set forth in the Supplemental Indenture.

  • Triggering Event means any Section 11(a)(ii) Event or any Section 13 Event.

  • Anticipated Closing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Restructuring Event means the occurrence of any one or more of the following events:

  • Liquidity Event means a Change of Control or an IPO.

  • Experience period means the most recent period of time for which experience is reported, but not for a period longer than three (3) full years. (7-1-93)

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • Reconstructive breast surgery means surgery performed as a result of a mastectomy to reestablish symmetry between the two breasts and includes augmentation mammoplasty, reductive mammoplasty, and mastopexy.
