Division 51 definition

Division 51 means Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 734-051-0010 through 734-051-0560 and Tables 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 adopted and made a part of division 51 rules and Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 adopted and made a part of division 51 rules.

  • For the purpose of this subchapter, oxidizer (Division 5.1) means a material that may, generally by yielding oxygen, cause or enhance the combustion of other materials.
