• ALL SERVICES (INCLUDING ALL DM SERVICES) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” STATION, ITS AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND VENDORS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVERTISER OR ANY OTHER PERSON WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ADVERTISER CONTENT OR OTHER MATERIALS DISPLAYED ON ADVERTISER’S WEBSITE(S).
