Deutsche Xxxx and “DEM” each means the lawful currency of the Federal Republic of Germany;

The parties have selected the German Deutsche Xxxx (abbreviated DM) as the currency for all payments under this Agreement and all payment amounts expressed herein are intended to be references to the Deutsche Xxxx.

All currency conversions will be calculated to an accuracy of at least 3 (three) digits after the decimal point.
