DNS Services definition

DNS Services means Webroot’s cloud-based security solution that uses the Domain Name System and is made available to You through Webroot’s SecureAnywhere Global Site Manager (or other web- based console or portal), a current version of which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ (the “SecureAnywhere Console”). Any manuals, instructions, or other documents or materials that Webroot provides or makes available to You that describe the configuration, integration, operation, or use of the DNS Services is referred to as “Service Documentation.”
DNS Services means those Services provide in accordance with paragraph 7;

Examples of DNS Services in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges that CSC uses a third party to deliver the CSC DNS Services provided under the terms of the Agreement.

  • Nothing in the Agreement grants Customer any rights to re-sell or create derivative versions of the CSC DNS Services either directly, or through a third party.

  • Planned Maintenance means any maintenance performed to the CSC DNS Services that may result in downtime to the CSC DNS Services Infrastructure which may include the database, name servers, application servers, application gateways, network devices, software, specifications, protocols, IP addresses, configurations, routing data and processes and any other tangible or intangible asset used by CSC or its provider to provide the CSC DNS Services.

  • Additionally if you happened to mistype an address to a webpage or try to go to a website that does not exist, then the DNS Services will provide you a redirect page that is meant to help provide you with some suggestions to the actual webpage or information you were trying to access.

  • You acknowledge that Your access to the DNS Services and license to the Service Documentation is neither contingent upon the delivery of any future functionality or features nor dependent upon any oral or written public comments made by Webroot with respect to future functionality or features.

  • The DNS Services may contain or be provided with components subject to the terms and conditions of third-party proprietary licenses (“Third-Party Software”) or free/libre and open source software licenses (“Open Source Software”).

  • Thirty (30) days after Customer has been provided with access to the Server Network (defined below), CSC DNS Services will meet the Performance Objective set forth in Clause 2 below.

  • Subject to Your compliance with Sections 3, 4, and 10, Webroot hereby grants to You, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right during the Term to download a reasonable number of copies of the Service Documentation and to use such copies solely for Your internal business purposes in connection with Your authorized use of the DNS Services.

  • The above warranty will not apply: (i) if the DNS Services are not used in compliance with the Service Documentation; (ii) if any modifications are made to the DNS Services by You or any third party; (iii) to defects due to accident, abuse or improper use by You; or (iv) to Evaluation Services or other items provided on a no charge or evaluation basis.

  • Nothing in this Agreement grants Customer any rights to modify, adapt, alter, copy, reverse engineer or disassemble the CSC DNS Services, including without limitation any software or data contained therein, in any way.

Related to DNS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself. “Communications service” includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) public communications systems; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Pub. L. 104–104, 110 Stat. 56 (1996).

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
