Document Custodian Office definition

Document Custodian Office has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14.1(b).
Document Custodian Office. The Document Custodian shall have no obligation to review or monitor any Related Contracts but shall only be required to hold those Related Contracts received by it in safekeeping.

Related to Document Custodian Office

  • Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.

  • Custodian bank means as defined in section 515.35.

  • Collateral Custodian Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Collateral Custodian, its successor in interest pursuant to Section 8.3 or such Person as shall have been appointed Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 8.5.

  • Collateral Custodian Fee means the fee to be paid to the Collateral Custodian as set forth in the Custody Agreement.

  • Collateral Custodian Termination Notice has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.05.
