Document Deliverable definition

Document Deliverable means any Deliverable which is, or is required to be, in the form of a Document. Eligible Customer means any Government Agency or Eligible Non-Government Body.

Examples of Document Deliverable in a sentence

  • If the Customer does not approve or reject the relevant Document Deliverable or otherwise communicate with the Supplier in relation to that reminder notice within 10 Business Days of its receipt, then the relevant Document Deliverable will be deemed to have been approved by the Customer.

  • The Contractor shall document those requirements in an Interface Definitions Document (Deliverable OC-16).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Deliverables Expectations Document is not a Document Deliverable and will not override the Requirements.

Related to Document Deliverable

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.
