If the Customer does not approve or reject the relevant Document Deliverable or otherwise communicate with the Supplier in relation to that reminder notice within 10 Business Days of its receipt, then the relevant Document Deliverable will be deemed to have been approved by the Customer.

For the avoidance of doubt, a Deliverables Expectations Document is not a Document Deliverable and will not override the Requirements.
