Deliverable Obligation Characteristics definition

Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.
Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed, Not Domestic Issuance (each as defined in the definition of “Obligation” below), Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Maximum Maturity, Accelerated or Matured, and Not Bearer where:
