Document Escrow Agent definition

Document Escrow Agent means Xxxxxxx & Prager LLP, the escrow agent identified in the Joint Document Escrow Instructions attached hereto as ANNEX II (the "Joint Escrow Instructions").
Document Escrow Agent means the escrow agent named in the Document Escrow Agreement.
Document Escrow Agent shall have the definition assigned thereto in Section 2.02(a).
